A super-rich skateboarding GOD is building his very own DREAM MANSION in Malibu -- a personal skater's paradise where he can shred in every single room ... from the kitchen to the crapper.
The guy behind the 2,200 sq. foot compound is "Etnies" skate shoe mogul Pierre-André Senizergues -- a 48-year-old former pro boarder turned clothing mogul.
P.A.S. wants every single wall to be shaped like a skate ramp ... and put grindable rails on anything with a hard edge ... from the kitchen sink to the dining room table ... even the sofa.
Etnies released a video preview of the first finished room ... but the whole thing isn't scheduled to be completed until some time next year.
