This story is just sad! Amandla Stenberg, the actress who plays Rue in the Hunger Games is now getting attacked on twitter with some racist crap from haters that have no life. They also posted hateful comments about Lenny Kravitz and Dayo Okeniyi questioning filmmakers’ casting choices. In the book District 11 is largely a black-majority district, so why wouldn?t Rue and Thresh be black? And in any case, who cares? Why is it so important. I loved Rue in the movies. When MTV News caught up with Posner last week, he told us what it was like to hit the studio with Bieber (and co-producer and co-writer Mason Levy) for the track. </P><P> </P><P><embed src="http://media.mtvnservices.com/mgid:uma:video:mtv.com:752329/cp~vid%3D752329%26uri%3Dmgid%3Auma%3Avideo%3Amtv.com%3A752329" width="460" height="260" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowFullScreen="true" allowScriptAccess="always" base="."></embed> </P><P> </P><P>"I've known [Bieber's manager] Scooter [Braun] for a few years, so I actually ran into Scooter at a Clippers game and told him I would love to work with Justin," Posner said. I didn't really know what to expect at first, but he's an incredible, incredible writer and amazing vocalist. </P><P> </P><P>"Because I'm an artist myself, I can be pretty selective on who I produce for and who I make beats for ... and really what I'm looking for is an amazing vocalist, somebody that can sing better than I can," he continued. "And the other thing is somebody that's willing to not try to make something that succeeds within the matrix of what pop music is now, but makes something that moves that matrix to where it is, and Justin was willing to take that leap with me." </P><P> </P><P>Bieber spoke to Ryan Seacrest on his radio show hours after the song's world premiere Monday, explaining why this was the perfect track to kick off the <i>Believe</i> era. </P><P> </P><P>"It was a really hard choice. I mean, we had so many songs, so many uptempos we could release, [that] I thought, 'Let's slow it down,' " he said, adding that there are already plenty of fast songs all over the radio. "It's just something a little bit more mature, but it's also something I think I'm ready for." </P><P> </P><P>While fans and industry insiders had been wondering what a more grown-up Bieber would sound like, he said he tried to block out all the noise when making the track. "There's so many people that are going to give me opinions, but I'm the only one who can ultimately make those decisions, because I'm going to have to live with my career for the rest of my life. So I thought this was the perfect single," he said, adding that this song "was me all the way; it is a representation of me." </P><P> </P><P>And Bieber said "Boyfriend" perfectly sets up what's coming next. "It's kind of classic," he said of the album. "The songs, I feel, won't get old. The music is very fresh, but it's also — I'm taking a lot from old-school music, a lot of Michael Jackson, a lot of old R&B, a lot of old pop. Gwyneth Paltrow and NY Times Ghostwriting Feud Carries On
Still defending her cookbook, Gwyneth Paltrow took to the "Rachael Ray Show" to continue clearing up allegations that she utilized a ghostwriter for "My Father's Daughter."
During a Skype interview with the ABC talk show host, the "Shakespeare In Love" actress shot down claims made by the New York Times, saying, "Every single recipe in the book I came up with and I cooked on the spot."
Adding that clearing up gossip isn't normally her thing, Miss Paltrow explained, ?This is my professional life, and I?m writing more cookbooks, and I feel like it?s important? that [people] know this is my book, and I wrote my book, and it?s all mine.?
As previously reported by GossipCenter, the New York Times Dining section came out with an article just about a week ago claiming that multiple celebrity chefs and cook book authors obtained the help of a ghostwriter.
Paltrow first fired back on her Twitter page, writing, "Love @nytimes dining section but this weeks facts need checking. No ghost writer on my cookbook, I wrote every word myself."
Just days following the Twitter response, an NY Times rep told E! News, "The article does not merit correction." Writer Julia Moskin then penned a follow-up piece for the newspaper in which she noted, "While the article dealt with a wide range of assistance, it became clear that the notion of 'ghostwriting' carried a strong stigma in the food world. It suggested that the food itself?the ingredients, the flavors, the techniques? as invented by someone else. This does sometimes happen (call it 'ghost-cooking'), and the chefs who engage in it are the objects of a special kind of scorn." However, Moskin made it clear she was not accusing Paltrow of "ghost-cooking."
The "Contagion" actress is not the only one to have fought back on this article, as chefs such as Mario Batali, Rachael Ray and Jamie Oliver have also denied that allegations by firmly stating that there were no ghost writers involved in their publications either.
